Archana, took over as the Managing Director of Simha in 2005. Archana is the force and drive behind the company. A masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Florida, USA and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from BMS Collage, Bangalore, Archana leads a team of 30+ Fitters, Welders, and shop floor support staff to deliver the highest quality products with the lowest turn around time in the industry. Archana’s mission is to re-define the way MSME’s function to service the heavy engineering industry and in this pursuit she believes in her vision to establish Simha as the premier heavy engineering services company offering best in class products with highest quality using cutting edge manufacturing processes, technologies and machines.
